Each vintage has its charms. Our POMMARD is a Pinot Noir raised in the surroundings of the Pommard village

To help you manage your cellar, we will inform you on a yearly basis of the evolution of our Pommard and let you know the best time to enjoy it

VINTAGES TO DRINK NOW :
1986 à 1989-1991-2000 They should have already been enjoyed!
1990 Balanced, very powerful and deep in mouth
1992 Intense, fresh. The tannins are present
1993 Deep Red color
1994 Clear, well structured
1996 Deep, concentrated nose with some fruits. Good structure
1997 Good intensity. Matured Fruit aromas
1998 Beautiful Color and balanced structure with some fruit
2002 Structure well balanced and a touch of red fruits and some spices
2006 Delightful body, with medium intensity

VINTAGES TO KEEP IN YOUR CELLAR
1995 Intense robe. Blackcurrant Aromas with liquorices. Acidity very light
1999 Elegant red robe. Very strong character
2001 Robe is Intense. Tannins are felt with some fruits
2003 Deep and intense Robe. Tannins are very present
2004 Tannins you can taste in your first sip with some slight bitterness
2005 Fantastic year. Red Robe with some morel colors
2007 Well Balanced with an intense Rubies’ Robe
