The 2010 vintage is excellent despite the challenging climatic conditions.


Weather conditions

We had numerous episodes of rain, hail leading to a loss in volumes. We had to carefully follow the maturity
of the grapes to ensure the quality of this vintage.  

Harvest

We have tested the grapes almost everyday to ensure that they were ready for the harvest. Each location had
to receive a special attention to ensure that the grapes were mold free and matured. This is the highlight of this vintage
as it required extra care for the harvest to guarantee the quality. The volumes were lower due the hail. The yield
performance was obtained through professional pruning and the careful selection of the grapes.


Tasting.

The balance between sugar and acidity is well preserved. The bouquet is in the areas of red fruits and fresh minerals.
The robe has a beautiful cherry color.
The sediments are silky and well harmonized. The freshness feeling is typical for a Pinot Noir.
