Each vintage has its charms. Our POMMARD is a Pinot Noir raised in the surroundings of the Pommard village

To help you manage your cellar, we will inform you on a yearly basis of the evolution of our Pommard and let you know the best time to enjoy it

VINTAGES TO DRINK NOW OR TO KEEP IN YOUR CELLAR :

2005: Great Year - Deep Red Robe and extremely elegant old burgundy
2007: Very pleasant to drink now -  Limpid Robe, shiny & intense rubis color. Well Balanced.
2008: Drink now - Beautiful Robe. Balanced.
2009: Great Grand Year - You can keep it for a few years - Deep red Robe. Balanced Tanins
2010: Enjoy it now - Dark Robe. Delicious in your mouth and length in the body
2011: Enjoy it now - Intense Rubis Robe. Well Balanced.
2012: Can stay in your cellar -  80% of it was destroyed by hail - nice concentration - Delightful and well balanced. Will be excellent in another 2 years
2013: Can stay in your cellar or can be enjoyed right away-  Very pleasant notes of raspberries, black-current and spices. A delight.
2014: Can stay in your cellar -  Deep & Intense Robe. The fruits are discreet and it will be a complex wine that will be enjoyable in a couple of years.
2015: Can stay in your cellar or can be enjoyed right away- Beautiful vintage that will be able to age. Deep and intense robe.
2016: Enjoy it now- Deep uniform robe. A typical Pommard with strength and elegance.
2017: Can stay in your cellar- Great year with balance bouquet, displaying some spices, and elegance.
2018: Must stay in your cellar- Deep robe, mouth with discreet red fruits.
2019: Must stay in your cellar- Exceptional vintage.
